What to expect
Come as you are. Nothing needs preparing, and old gel from another salon is fine — bring it as it is rather than picking at it first, which takes nail plate with it.

Manicure and pedicure can run at the same time with two technicians, which is close to half the wait.

At the table
The table is set before you sit down. Your technician warms their hands before touching yours, and will offer water, coffee or tea. Nobody will talk at you unless you start the conversation.
The work is dry — no soaking, no clippers on the cuticle. If anything pinches or feels hot, say so immediately and the technician will stop and adjust. Pain is not something to sit through.
Booking, changing, cancelling
Appointments are booked online. Most bookings ask for a deposit, which comes off the price of the service on the day. To move or cancel, use the link in the confirmation email — the earlier the better, because the time is held for you and cannot be given to anyone else.
