Training · one-to-one
One case, one hand, no audience
For a technician who does not want a room of other people watching her be corrected. One case, or one thing your hand keeps doing wrong. Shorter than a day.
Who asks for this
Usually someone already working, already paid, already competent — with one thing that will not resolve. Lifting in the same place every time. A cuticle line that never looks like the picture. Speed that will not come down. Those do not need eight hours; they need one pair of eyes on the exact motion.
How it works
- You say in advance what you want fixed. Being specific is most of the value
- Aleksandra teaches it herself — there is no second teacher
- By arrangement: the length and the price follow the case, not a menu
- Held in English
When the group day is the better answer
If the honest answer is “everything feels slightly off” rather than one named problem, this is the wrong format and a day at the table is the right one. Eight hours, three of theory and five on a live model — that day is described here.
If the problem is not yours but your team’s, that is a third thing again: a day at your salon, with a different small lesson for each technician.
Say what is going wrong — the more exact, the better answer you get back. Use the form on the training page or write to hello@sashabbb.com. It goes to Aleksandra directly: no list, no newsletter.
